WarrantyPurchase and Warranty Policies:
1. All goods supplied shall remain under the title and property of MJE until they are fully paid for.
2. All Goods supplied are under warranty* by MJE started from the date of invoice unless otherwise specified.
3. During the warranty period, the obligations of MJE shall be limited to the cost of repairing or replacing the defective goods at the option of MJE. No refund will be provided.
4. Under no circumstances will MJE be held responsible for a direct incidental, consequential loss or damage whatsoever arising from misuse of the goods.
5. Goods returned for refund must be within 14 days from the date of purchase and the following terms will apply:
(a) MJE shall not be obliged to accept returned goods unless they are accompanied by original invoice and with reasons for return.
(b) No refund will be given to charges on inward freight, packaging and delivery.
(c) Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in re-saleable condition.
(d) Special ordered items are not refundable.

On-site and In-House Service Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers are strongly advised to have backup of data. MJE takes no responsibilities for any data loss as consequence of service, regardless of the cause.
2. For return to base warranty, customer shall support the courier expenses.
3. MJE warranty seal shall not be broken
4. If checked goods are fault free, there may be service surcharge.
